Create your secure account
Three steps to a verified, ready-to-work pro account.
Register with your work email
Go to the Register page and use the email customers can reach you on. Pick a strong password — 12+ characters mixing letters, numbers and symbols. Don't reuse a password from another site.
Verify with your one-time code
Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code (OTP) — it arrives within a minute or two. Enter it on the verification screen to confirm it's really you. Never share this code with anyone.
Choose the Tradesperson role
Once logged in, select the Tradesperson role to open your pro dashboard. You can update this any time if you need to.
List your services
Build a profile that customers trust and can book from directly.
Build your provider profile
Add your name, service area, hourly rate and a short bio. A complete profile with a photo and bio attracts more customers.
Claim your service postcodes
Enter up to 5 Australian postcodes you service — this is your claimed territory, so customers in those areas can find you first.
List your services & pricing
Add the services you offer (mowing, hedging, weeding, landscaping) with optional pricing to your catalogue so customers can book directly with clear costs.
Accept the dealing pledge
Agree to the on-platform dealing pledge to keep bookings and payments transparent and protected. This builds customer trust and keeps you in good standing.

Add a clear profile photo
A friendly, professional photo builds trust with customers browsing for a pro.
