Booking a local pro for your lawn or garden.
- 1Head to the Register page and enter your email and a strong password.
- 2Check your inbox for a one-time verification code (OTP) — it arrives within a minute or two.
- 3Enter the code on the verification screen to confirm your email.
- 4Once verified, you're logged in — pick a role (Homeowner) to reach your dashboard.
- 5Use 'Forgot password' if you ever get locked out; you'll get a secure reset link by email.
Pros (Mowers, Gardeners, Landscapers)
Listing your services, managing bookings & invoicing.
- 1Register with your work email — the one customers can reach you on.
- 2Confirm your email with the one-time code sent to your inbox.
- 3After login, select the Tradesperson role to set up your provider profile.
- 4Add your service area, pricing and an ABN if you invoice through the platform.
- 5Tip: add your mobile number to your profile so customers can reach you quickly.
Advertisers / Tool Brands
Promoting gear to 50,000+ Aussie lawn-care buyers.
- 1Register an advertiser account using your brand or company email.
- 2Verify with the one-time code emailed to you.
- 3Choose the Advertiser role, then create and manage your ad placements.
- 4To run a live campaign, start the advertiser subscription checkout — note: payment only works from the published app, not the preview.
- 5Use real-time impressions and clicks in your dashboard to track performance.
Keep your account secure
Use a strong, unique password
At least 12 characters mixing letters, numbers and symbols. Don't reuse passwords across sites — a password manager makes this easy.
Always verify your email
The one-time code we send confirms it's really you. Never share the code with anyone — we'll never ask for it by phone or email.
Sign in with Google (optional)
Prefer not to remember another password? Use the 'Continue with Google' button on the login page for a secure, fast sign-in.
Keep your account private
Always log out on shared devices, and contact Base44 support if you notice anything suspicious on your account.

Your password is hashed using the platform's secure auth system — we never store or see it in plain text, and it can't be reversed to reveal what you typed.
End-to-end secure payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider. Your full card details never touch our servers — they're handled entirely by Stripe.
Minimal data collection
We only ask for what we need to run your account — a name, email and your role. We don't sell your personal data to third parties, full stop.
Private customer communications
Your contact details and booking conversations are kept between you and your chosen pro. We only review content if it's flagged through a report.
Secret tokens stored server-side
Connection tokens for third-party links like Strava live in a secure server-side store — they're never exposed in your browser or shown in the admin console.
Email verification on sign-up
Every new account is confirmed with a one-time code, so no one can sign up using an email address that isn't theirs.
